- ④治療計画の徹底:クリニックから提案された治療計画や健康管理のアドバイスに真摯に向き合い、その実行を徹底します。
- ⑤健康的な生活の確立:バランスの取れた食事、適度な運動、十分な休息を心がけ、日常の生活習慣を見直して健康的なライフスタイルを築きます。
