BETSUKAI PILOT SPIRITS
- 私達別海パイロットスピリッツは、野球を通じて地域社会に貢献し、子供から大人まで夢と希望を持てる社会の実現を目指します。そのため、全ての人の人権を尊重することを基本理念とし、次の通り宣言します。
- １.人権尊重の基本姿勢
- 性別、年齢、国籍、民族、障がい、信条、性的指向・性自認等いかなる違いによっても差別せず、球団に関わる全ての人の人権を尊重します
- ２.安心・安全な環境づくり
- 選手、スタッフ、観客、地域の皆さまが安心して関われる運営を行い、暴力・ハラスメント・いじめを排し、健全なスポーツ環境を守ります
- ３.地域との共生と多様性の尊重
- 地域に根ざし多様な価値観を認め合い、交流の場を広げ、地域が誇れる球団を目指します
- ４.子供達の未来を守る
- 次世代が夢や目標に挑戦できる環境を整え、模範となる行動を心がけます
- ５.持続可能な社会への貢献
- 人権尊重を基盤に地域社会の発展と持続可能な未来づくりに寄与します
- We, the Betsukai Pilot Spirits, aim to contribute to our local community through baseball and realize a society where everyone from children to adults can hold dreams and hopes. Therefore, we declare the following, based on the fundamental principle of respecting the human rights of all people.
- 1. Basic Stance on Respecting Human Rights
- We will not discriminate based on any differences, including gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, disability, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc., and will respect the human rights of all individuals associated with the team.
- 2. Creating a Safe and Secure Environment
- We will operate in a manner that allows players, staff, spectators, and local residents to participate with peace of mind. We will eliminate violence, harassment, and bullying, safeguarding a healthy sporting environment.

- Rooted in the community, we will recognize diverse values, expand opportunities for interaction, and strive to be a team the region can be proud of.
