「Ｍｙじんけん宣言」に「性的マイノリティ編」特設サイトを開設しました。この特設サイトは、性的マイノリティの方々に配慮した様々な取組を進めている企業等の皆様方に、その内容を公表していただくことにより、同様の取組を行う方々に参考としていただくとともに、一般の方々にも幅広くご覧いただくことで、多様性と包摂性のある社会の実現を目指す取組です。 “My Declaration of Human Rights” website opens a new page dedicated to “Sexual Minorities.” On this website, companies and organizations that support sexual minorities publicize the details of their initiatives. It will serve as reference for those organizations that engage in similar activities, and also for the general public who may freely access it. By doing so, we aim to achieve society that embraces diversity and inclusion.
